- I did not receive an activation email.
If you did not receive an activation email when creating your account (and you checked the spam folder and other possible folders), one thing you can try is resetting your password. You need to go to this address. Similarly, you will be sent a new email with a link that will take you to the password change page. You do not necessarily have to change your password (you can enter the same one), but after resetting, your account will also be confirmed. If you still have a problem, you can ask for help by emailing loop@petlja.org.
- I cannot log in even though I am sure my password and email are correct.
Check if you set the correct keyboard layout (Latin, Cyrillic, English, etc.) when typing your password. Also, check if Caps Lock was on while typing your password. Try changing your password by going to this address.
- I cannot create an account for a child.
Check if you used any characters that are not allowed when creating a username. You can check this on the page Account Creation.
- I do not know if my account is a teacher account.
Check if you see the options Account Management, My Classrooms, Short Question Tests on the side of this page. If you see them, your account is a teacher account.
